Each piece is one of a kind, hand-selected and authenticated. We document every detail so you know exactly what you're buying.

All sales final

Because each kimono is vintage and irreplaceable, all sales are final. We photograph thoroughly and describe condition honestly so you know exactly what you're getting.

Before you buy

If you have any question about size, color, condition, or fabric — message us before you order. We'll send extra photos, measurements, video, anything you need.

Issues with your order

If your piece arrives damaged in transit or significantly different from the listing, email us within 7 days at hello@kimonohaus.com with photos. We'll make it right — refund, replacement, or partial credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before we begin packing. After that, the item is held for you and must ship.
