KimonoHaus

Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using KimonoHaus, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Pricing & availability

Each piece is one of a kind. Once sold, it's gone. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice — but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Vintage condition

All items are vintage. Condition is described and photographed honestly, but normal signs of age (small marks, color variation, slight imperfections) are inherent and expected.

Limitation of liability

KimonoHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
